Candy Coburn
Have you ever met someone that had such conviction in what they were doing that you felt moved, that you looked at them and could really feel that they were doing exactly what they were intended to do with their life – that they are right where they need to be? Well, meet Candy Coburn.
If you were to ask her many fans across the Country, how would you describe Candy it would be “she is simply infectious”.
From the moment she hits the stage, you get the sense that Candy is not your run-of-the-mill chick singer. Maybe it’s the fact that she doesn’t count on her good looks to engage the crowd she relies on her energetic delivery, true-to-life lyrics, and a show that rocks. Or perhaps it’s her signature green guitar she never performs without it. Whatever it is, it’s easy to see why Candy and her music are undeniably contagious. |

Danny Gokey
From his days of long hours as a truck driver to his
third place finish on Season Eight of American Idol, Danny Gokey has
always been a student of life. With an artist’s eye for detail and
an inquisitive spirit eager to learn from every situation, Gokey has
soaked up more life experience than most people twice his age. From
the joyful to the heartbreaking, those experiences infuse Gokey’s 19
Recordings/RCA Nashville debut, My Best Days, a collection of songs
that resonate with honest emotion and tap into the collective hopes
and dreams that define life. In listening to the album, it is obvious Gokey has a strong sense of who he is as an artist and what he wants to say to his audience. There’s a focus and a sense of purpose rarely found on a debut disc. “It’s country, but it has a little different edge,” says the Milwaukee native. “I want to create my own fingerprint, and I want my music to say something. I want to have an emotional connection, but at the same time, I want to make people just have a good time, make them want to dance, have fun and party. I wanted to throw all those emotions in that CD, and I feel like I accomplished that.” |

Uncle Kracker
Happy Hour is Uncle Kracker's
first album in five years because after he finished two years of
touring behind his previous release, 2004's Seventy Two & Sunny, he
wrote and recorded an entire album that he wound up scrapping. "I
just decided it wasn't the right record," Uncle Kracker says. "It
didn't feel relevant.
Happy Hour is Produced by multiple Grammy-Award winner Rob Cavallo, Happy Hour is a breezy blend of country-flavored pop and rock and roll that showcases not only the Detroit native's natural appeal as a likeable Everyman, but also his considerable gifts as a songwriter. Though many know him from his early years as the DJ in Kid Rock's Twisted Brown Trucker Band, Uncle Kracker (whose real name is Matt Shafer) has had impressive success as a songwriter, racking up co-writing credits on Kid Rock's blockbuster hits "Bawitdaba," "Cowboy," "Forever," "Only God Knows Why," and 2008's No. 1 "All Summer Long," as well as his own Adult Top 40 No. 1 "Follow Me" (from his 2001 double-platinum debut Double Wide). |

Eve 6 -
Max Collins and Jon Siebels started
Eve 6 (then called Yakoo, which turned into Eleventeen, which turned
into Eve 6) in a La Crescenta, CA high school in 1995. Tony Fagenson
joined the following year. They went on to release lots of music,
tour the world, and have a jolly old time. But even with hit singles
and healthy numbers of super-excellent fans, life on the road took
it's toll and the band decided to take an indefinite hiatus in the
summer of 2004. The members pursued various other projects until Max
and Tony reformed the band in late 2007. Jon opted out in order to
spend time on his other band, Monsters Are Waiting, and production
duties for other groups. |

Justin Moore Justin’s self-titled
debut describes the basic but unbendable truths of a place where
your word is your bond, elders are respected and bullies are put in
their place. In this world, men are the same on Sunday morning as
they are on Saturday night, a notion that’s ideal whether you live
on a dirt road or city block. “I’ve learned that everybody is proud of where they are from, and it doesn’t matter what size it is,” Justin says. “With the way our economy is right now, it’s evolved into a state of mind. Everybody is struggling and feeling like they’re walking in quicksand. At the end of the day, they have a place to come home to and food on the table.” Of course, finding common ground is nothing new for Justin, who stakes his claim at the crossroads between traditional country and Southern rock music. Influenced by Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, John Anderson and Vern Gosdin, as well as Charlie Daniels, Hank Jr. and the Marshall Tucker Band, Justin has created a music that defies boundaries and definition with its edge, attitude and instrumentation. “I grew up on old-school country and I also played in a Southern rock band,” says Justin, who wrote nine of the 10 songs on his debut project. “If Alabama and Lynyrd Skynyrd made one band, this is the way it would be. Lyrically it’s pretty old-school country and melodically it’s a little more Southern rock edge.” |
